Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your size, and add the item to your cart. Once you check out, we'll confirm your order and prepare it for dispatch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also choose to pay in advance at checkout if you prefer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at 0330 8085568. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your city.

Do you ship across all of Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details with you. If you haven't received them, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send an update.

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Check the size details on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure between two sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your foot length and we'll help you pick the right fit.

What if the size doesn't fit?

No problem. See our Exchange Policy below, we're happy to exchange it for the correct size.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We don't offer returns on any items, but we do offer exchanges if you receive the wrong size, a defective item, or an incorrect product. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at 0330 8085568 or email at shcollection.store.pk@gmail.com. Please don't send items back to us without requesting an exchange first, as we won't be able to accept them.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away on WhatsApp or email so we can make it right.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment for all orders within Pakistan. You can choose whichever option works best for you at checkout.
