Refund policy

SH Collection Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns for any items. However, we do offer an exchange policy in case you receive a defective or incorrect shoe item, or if you receive the wrong size instead of the one you ordered. In such cases, exchanges are acceptable, but no returns are permitted.

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can WhatsApp us at 03308085568 or email us at shcollection.store.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request the exchange. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: House # J-521, Jinnah Street, Gulzar-e-Quaid Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
