Shipping Policy

We ship across Pakistan and offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment options. Choose whichever works best for you at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your city. Major cities usually receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details with you. If you haven't received them, contact us on WhatsApp at 0330 8085568 and we'll send an update.

Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier service issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
